WE CRAFT WOODEN FURNITURE FOR YEARS TO COME – FRIENDLY TO YOU AND TO THE PLANET

There’s no fancy story behind what we do – we are a team of people who have been making timeless and solid furniture for over 30 years, to make your home more comfortable. On top of that, they are friendly to your health and to the planet. Our furniture is made in Pabianice near Łódź – the whole process, from design, through drying of raw wood, to production and shipping, is done under the same address. Hence, the full control over the quality is in our hands. Tignum furniture is shipped to our Polish and, since 2007, also European customers directly from the factory. In Poland you can also buy it straight from our online store or through distributors.

OUR MISSION

We want to simplify the interior design in a sustainable way.

Therefore we provide ecological furniture in which we use materials that are safe for you and your loved ones. Moreover, in the production process we do our best to reduce the amount of waste and our plant is powered by solar energy.

Each piece of furniture is made entirely from natural wood, mainly alder and pine. Raw wood is obtained from certified suppliers. Final products are finished with linseed oil and non-toxic Bioola paints and sold in ecological packaging. The adhesives we use are free from harmful formaldehyde. With all that you can be sure that you do not compromise your values when buying our furniture.

Tignum furniture embodies timeless minimalism that does not succumb to quickly passing trends. We work with young Polish designers and create lines that will let you arrange a stylish place to relax, work and meet your loved ones – from bedroom and living room, to the office and children's room. We are also one of the few manufacturers of furniture for visually impaired and blind children.
