Withdrawal from the Contract

Information on the Right to Withdraw from a Distance Contract

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for withdrawing from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the goods or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the goods. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). You can send the statement, for example:

• In writing to the address: Tignum sp. z o.o. ul. Słonecznikowa 22, 95-200 Pabianice;
• Electronically via email to the address: sklep@tignum.com.pl;

A sample withdrawal form template is included in Annex No. 2 to the Consumer Rights Act and additionally constitutes an annex to the Online Store regulations. You may use the template of the withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send information concerning the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period has expired.

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), immediately, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. We will make the refund using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof of sending the goods back, whichever event occurs first.

If you have received the purchased goods, please return or hand them over to us at the address: ul. Słonecznikowa 22, 95-200 Pabianice, immediately, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us about the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The provisions concerning the consumer contained in this message apply from January 1, 2021, and for contracts concluded from that date also to a buyer who is a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, when it results from the content of this contract that it does not have a professional character for that person, resulting in particular from the subject of their business activity, disclosed on the basis of the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity.
